Since the 1940s, UFOs (UAPs — Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) have been observed globally by civilians, elite airline and navy fighter pilots with thousands of hours of experience—and even by the most highly trained aeronautic experts in the military and other industrial complexes.
After over 70 years of denial, Uncle Sam finally admitted in 2017 that UFOs are real, and that they were indeed under investigation. The Pentagon also declassified and released videos of real encounters with UFOs.
From the perspective of space propulsion physics, these unidentified craft typically exhibit anomalous aerodynamic capabilities that far surpass any currently known aircraft technology, such as:
- Traveling at extremely high hypersonic speeds (~1300 miles an hour).
- A lift mechanism that defies earth’s gravity with no obvious signs of propulsion, wings, control surfaces, or exhaust plumes.
- Multi-axial rotation in flight, and seamless change of direction.
- Erratic movement and instantaneous acceleration at extremely high rates.
- Hovering motionless for long periods of time.
- Radar evading capabilities, low observability, cloaking, and the ability to simply vanish.
- Seamless flight through multiple mediums: air, water and space.
Now, what do these flying saucers add to the already grim picture? Whether they are earth-produced mechanisms or celestial interplanetary spaceships, they paint still grimmer the picture for the sinner.
One may be incredulous, another startled, at the thought of Heaven’s having flying saucers. But why? If God has given man knowledge to develop aerial mechanisms, no one can reasonably suppose that Heaven does not have
Incomparably Superior Ones.
The call of Ezekiel to the prophetic office is one of the most interesting experiences of the ancient seers, and the UAP revelation of what he saw by the river Chebar is perhaps of greater importance to heaven and earth at this time than is any other vision on sacred record, because in a remarkable way it reveals that which unites heaven with earth.
Ezek. 1:4, 5, 14—“And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire. Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures… And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.”
Being “the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord” (Ezek. 1:28), obviously, then, this UAP was
The Lord on One of His Thrones.
Ezek. 10:20 — “This is the living creature, that I saw under the God of Israel [Who is “above the cherubims” (Ezek. 1:26, 28)], by the river of Chebar [Ezek. 1:1]; and I knew that they were the cherubims.”
Ezek. 10:19 —“And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight.”
The chariot’s mounting “up from the earth” shows that in this particular throne, God visits the earth and then, when His mission is accomplished, returns to heaven.
Besides this divine appearance which Ezekiel saw, the Bible describes God enthroned on earth on
Another Occasion As Seen By Isaiah:
Isa. 6:1-4— “…I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly…”
Since this flying throne is a “train” (retinue), and since as it entered into the temple, “the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke” (Isa. 6:1, 4), it therefore is a traveling throne.
Though the throne which Ezekiel saw is similar to the one which Isaiah was shown, yet they are
Distinct And Separate Thrones,
For each of the “seraphims” of Isaiah’s vision has six wings, while each of the “cherubims” of Ezekiel’s vision has but four. In the latter, moreover, the cherubims stood under the throne, whereas in the former, they stood above it.
Then, concerning the Father and the Son’s moving from the throne of God and of the Lamb — the one where the river of life is (Rev. 22:1) — to the throne where the sea of glass is (Rev. 4:2, 4-6), we read:
“I saw the Father rise from the throne, and in a flaming chariot go into the holy of holies within the veil, and sit down. Then Jesus rose up from the throne,… Then a cloudy chariot, with wheels like flaming fire, surrounded by angels, came to where Jesus was. He stepped into the chariot and was borne to the holiest, where the Father sat.” — Early Writings, p. 55.
Having come this far in our expose, let us also remember that Enoch, the seventh from Adam, after learning to walk with God (Gen. 5:22), was translated:
Gen. 5:24 — And Enoch walked with God: and he [was] not; for God took him.
And to this very day he holds the
Championship in Aviation.
Enoch, you know, took a flight, not 40, 50, or 100 miles up, not at a 100 or a 1000 miles per hour, but up to an unspeakable height and at an unspeakable speed. Yes, quickly he reached the throne of God. What we consider a terrific speed, heaven esteems very dilatory. The speed of light is altogether too slow a velocity for heavenly beings to span the immense universe of God.
The fastest speed on earth known to modern science at this present time is light which travels at the rate of 186,284 miles a second. If one was to take a flight on the wings of light to the great nebula Orion, it would take him 600 years to reach that far-distant wonder in the heavens which has drawn an earnest attention of modern science.
Quoting from Early Writings, page 41, we read:
“The atmosphere parted and rolled back; then we could look up through the open space in Orion, whence came the voice of God. The holy city will come down through that open space.”
If the holy city is to come through that space, we may well suppose that that glorious open space in Orion is the gateway to that long-continued highway to heaven (God’s throne). But think of the great distance to this most wonderful gateway. If it would take 600 light years to reach the entrance to that far-distant highway, then we ask ourselves, How many light years would it take to reach the other end of that heavenly highway to the city of the great King in the sides of the north?
We mortals can not give a direct answer to this great question, only to say the distance from earth to the center of the universe (God’s throne) is so vast that we finite beings only stand awestruck. We are amazed with the difficulty to compute mileage, or even light years. But if the distance is so vastly beyond human comprehension, then we may ask the question, How would Christians ever get to heaven, if not through that great chariot which takes the redeemed and moves at a tremendously unspeakable speed?
Let Us Not Forget
What translated Elijah into Heaven:
2 Kings 2:11, 12 — And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, [there appeared] a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw [it], and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof…”
And what covered a whole mountain in Elisha’s day:
2 Kings 6:17 — … and, behold, the mountain [was] full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
To be sure, Elisha called them chariots, but if they were not flying saucers of some type, how did they come to the earth? It matters not what one calls them, it’s what they are, and what they do, that counts.
Be they what they may, however, the signs round about us unmistakably warn that thick black clouds the globe around are consolidating to pour down upon a shelter-less world the
Most Terrific Storm Since Time Began.
To all who have an ear to hear and an eye to see, the signs of the times reveal that we are fast coming face to face with the “time of trouble such as never was.” Dan. 12:1.
A clear grasp of the terrible potential of the weapons now available, can leave no doubt of the global peril in the picture.
Everyone of us knows that if the flying saucers are secret military weapons of the United States, then other nations besides ourselves will soon have them, too, if they do not have them already. If so, what then can they be designed for but to snuff out lives, even the lives of the elect, if possible?
And if the flying saucers are indeed the Lord’s, then what else are they come for but to deliver every one whose name is found written in the Book:
Dan. 12:1– And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation [even] to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Or if perchance none of Heaven’s flying saucers are yet come, still nothing is more certain than that the day hasteth greatly when they will come. What is of first and supreme importance to each, however, is to know for a surety that his name is written in the Book.
We are not to worry about a possibility of anyone’s hurting the work of God. Neither are we to worry about how we are to get to Mount Zion, but are to make sure to be ready to board the chariot of God when the angels cry out, “All aboard!”
It is doubtful, however, whether anyone who fails to get his work done well and on time will ever fit himself for the Kingdom and be on schedule when the fiery chariot takes off, and the saints shout, “Glory! Alleluia!”
“On each side of the cloudy chariot were wings, and beneath it were living wheels; and as the chariot rolled upward, the wheels cried, ‘Holy,’ and the wings, as they moved, cried, ‘Holy,’ and the retinue of holy angels around the cloud cried, ‘Holy holy, holy, Lord God Almighty!’ and the saints in the cloud cried ‘Glory! Alleluia!’ “ — Early Writings, p. 287.
We plead with you to get ready, for already:
“The agencies of evil are combining their forces, and consolidating. They are strengthening for the last great crisis. Great changes are soon to take place in our world, and the final movements will be rapid ones….The time is coming when in their fraud and insolence men will reach a point that the Lord will not permit them to pass, and they will learn that there is a limit to the forbearance of Jehovah….
Those who hold the reins of government are not able to solve the problem of moral corruption, poverty, pauperism, and increasing crime. They are struggling in vain to place business operations on a more secure basis….Soon everything that can be shaken will be shaken, that those things that can not be shaken may remain….
“It is impossible to give any idea of the experience of the people of God who shall be alive upon the earth when celestial glory and a repetition of the persecutions of the past are blended. They will walk in the light proceeding from the throne of God. By means of the angels there will be constant communication between heaven and earth.” — Testimonies, Vol. 9, pp. 11, 13, 15, 16.
That the all-happy hour is approaching when we shall mount up in this most glorious chariot, so stirs our hearts as to cause us fairly to shout the question:
What makes one eligible?
One of the many things that will keep one’s name out of the Book of God, is one’s turning a deaf ear to the Lord’s warning that he who puts his hand to the plow, then looks back (he who starts in the gospel work, then turns away from it) is not “fit for the Kingdom” Luke 9:62, as revealed in the next article:
